Delivery Update - Tuesday December 21

Published on December 21, 2010 by Joots Blogger

Our delivery service provider (The Royal Mail) have been working around the clock to collect and deliver as many items as possible. The recent press reports relate to courier services, whilst Royal Mail is delivering. We use Guaranteed Special Delivery by 1pm the next working day for our packages and so far all deliveries have arrived before 1pm or later that day.

Even in these difficult conditions, all packages marked Special Delivery are given priority. So you can rest assured your orders will arrive the next day (usually before 1pm). Also if its more convenient you can choose to have your package delivered to another address (such as your workplace). The delivery address on your order does not have to be your billing address

Please note Royal Mails recommended last posting date in time for Christmas is 23rd December, please order by 2pm
