    The Royal Mail collection and delivery services are continuing to provide an excellent service delivering mail to customers in time for Christmas. The recent press reports relate to courier services, whilst Royal Mail is delivering. We use Guaranteed Special Delivery by 1pm the next working day for our packages and so far all deliveries have arrived before 1pm or later that day. Furthermore, all packages marked Special Delivery are given priority. So you can rest assured your orders will arrive the next day (usually before 1pm)


    Please note Royal Mails recommended last posting date in time for Christmas is Thursday 23rd December, order by 1pm


    There are delays in some regions due to heavy snow and freezing temperatures. See below for details where delivery may not occur before 1pm the next day, but will be delivered that day:


    Scotland-AB10 -16, AB21-25, AB30-35, AB42-43, AB45, AB51 and AB53-56


    IV 12, 30, 36
    EH18-28, EH31, EH33-42 EH47-48 and EH52-55


    Rural areas in KW16, TD13, KA3, 4, 8, 14, 16, 17 & 26 (Colmorell Village)

    Our delivery service provider (The Royal Mail) have been working around the clock to collect and deliver as many items as possible. The recent press reports relate to courier services, whilst Royal Mail is delivering. We use Guaranteed Special Delivery by 1pm the next working day for our packages and so far all deliveries have arrived before 1pm or later that day.


    Even in these difficult conditions, all packages marked Special Delivery are given priority. So you can rest assured your orders will arrive the next day (usually before 1pm). Also if its more convenient you can choose to have your package delivered to another address (such as your workplace). The delivery address on your order does not have to be your billing address

We use Guaranteed Special Delivery by 1pm the next working day for our packages and so far all deliveries have arrived before 1pm or later that day.

    As many of you may be aware there has been snow across the UK. We've contacted our delivery service provider (The Royal Mail) and monitored deliveries to customers and currently our UK service has not been significantly affected. We use Guaranteed Delivery by 1pm the next working day for our packages, and so far all deliveries have arrived before 1pm or the next day.

    So you can rest assured your orders will arrive the next day (usually before 1pm). We will continue to monitor the situation and if things change we will update our site accordingly.
